Tauranga's Leading Professional Services Company
We all operate in a continually evolving business environment. This is particularly true for anything Health and Safety. Have you ensured that your business is meeting all requirements?
Health and Safety AuditingHealth and safety auditing can be defined as the process of collecting information on the efficiency, effectiveness and reliability of the entire health and safety management system and drawing up plans for corrective action. An audit is used to measure the risk in an organisation; a method which is proactive rather than reactive. We can tailor the safety audit to the requirements (risks, hazards etc.) of an organisation. Our safety audit can provide guidance not only on what has to be done but also on why and how to achieve it. We audit using AS/NZS4801, AS/NZS4804 and AS/NZS19011:2014.

From time to time, even the most organised businesses can do with an external pair of eyes to ensure that they are on the front foot in protecting their workforce.
Health and Safety Compliance Reviews
|
Health, safety and compliance reviews enable senior management to be assured of the compliance of an organisation. They offer the means to promote the compliance link between the effectiveness of an organisation’s health and safety measures and its performance and productivity. The traditional approach to evaluate safety performance is through the measurement and analysis of incident related data. Proactive safety performance evaluation methods like safety inspections/audits, behavioral observations, safety climate/culture surveys provide information lacking from incident based measurement alone and keep up-to-date with current organisational and safety management trends. We can review your organisation to ensure that it meets current compliance and legislative requirements.

Outsourcing key management requirements to a specialist company is a cost effective method of streamlining your business and increasing productivity.
"An organisations ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly, is the ultimate competitive advantage". - Jack Walsh
Adventure Activity AuditingThe Health and Safety in Employment (Adventure and Activities) Regulations (2011) made it a requirement for some adventure activities to participate in a safety audit process. This resulted from the 2009 government review of safety in the adventure and outdoor sector and is to ensure that anyone, whether NZers or tourists, are protected when they visit our “Great Outdoors”. We provide Safety Management System (SMS) auditing that meet Worksafe’s Adventure Activity Safety Audit Standard requirements and Technical Experts' services for the scuba diving sector.

Commercial ManagementAssessing potential contracts and negotiating with suppliers and vendors is a specialised task. We can offer contract reviews and negotiations to non-technical businesses. Large organisations often have commercial managers responsible for overseeing departments. In SME’s line managers are required to deal with all these roles. We can help those organisations to understand and implement various strategic initiatives within the company. We can ensure that within an organisation, all stakeholders, such as the administration, operations and finance, understand and adhere to all contractual obligations and reflect them accurately. We have knowledge of business law in order to assist in the approval of commercial agreements and documents.
